Dauer: 4 Stunden inkl. Pausen/Mittagessen

Treffpunkt: Parkplatz, Wildniskultur-Spielplatz Übelbach, Gleinalmstraße 120
Gemeinsam mit Johnny und Sandra Peham erkunden die TeilnehmerInnen zuerst den „wilden Garten“ am Spielplatz in Übelbach und sammeln dort mit Wildnsikulturexperten Johnny Peham verschiedenste Pflanzen und Kräuter.
Danach fahren alle gemeinsam (Car Sharing) auf den Flaschbacherhof in Neuhof/Übelbach um dort die Kreislaufgärten näher kennen zu lernen und zu beerten.
Natürlich sammeln die TeilnehmerInnen, ganz im Vorbeigehen, wichtige Infos zum Anbau in Permakultur/Wildniskultur und zu den einzelnen Pflanzen.
Gemeinsam mit Sandra Peham wird dann geschnippelt, gerührt und gekocht…wir zaubern die Wildnis in den Kochtopf! Kochen das Spaß macht UND schnell geht… einfach zum Umsetzen für zu Hause! Saturday, September 18, 2021 09:00 a.m. - 01:00 p.m. "Wilderness Cooking" Duration: 4 hours including breaks / lunch Organizer: Climate and Energy Region Graz Environment with Sandra Peham and Johnny Peham Meeting point: car park, Übelbach wilderness culture playground, Gleinalmstraße 120 Together with Johnny and Sandra Peham, the participants first explore the "wild garden" at the playground in Übelbach and collect a wide variety of plants and herbs with wilderness culture expert Johnny Peham. Then everyone drives together (car sharing) to the Flaschbacherhof in Neuhof / Übelbach to get to know the circular gardens better and to plant them. Of course, in passing, the participants collect important information about cultivation in permaculture / wilderness culture and about the individual plants. Together with Sandra Peham, people will then chop, stir and cook ... we conjure up the wilderness in the saucepan! Cooking that is fun AND quick ... easy to do at home!
