Räumen Sie mit uns das Murufer auf - und erleben Sie nebenbei ein tolles Lauftraining! Im Rahmen des Sportjahrs wird die alljährliche Grazer Muruferreinigung von Umweltamt und Holding Graz heuer erstmals auch als Plogging-Veranstaltung angeboten. Beim „Plogging" kann man Sport und Umweltschutz optimal verbinden: Die Trendsportart aus Schweden ist eine Kombination aus Jogging und Müllsammeln. Alle helfenden Hände sind willkommen, egal ob Sie im Lauftempo unterwegs sind oder als SpaziergängerIn. Müllsäcke und Handschuhe zum Aufsammeln von achtlos weggeworfenen Abfällen werden vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt. Für all jene, die Plogging ausprobieren möchten, gibt es in der Früh ein gemeinsames Aufwärmen mit einer/m professionellen Trainer/in. LäuferInnen kommen am besten in bequemer, sportlicher Kleidung. Für alle anderen empfehlen wir festes Schuhwerk. Anmeldung erforderlich bis 15.09.2021 unter abfallwirtschaft@stadt.graz.at oder telefonisch unter 0316-872 4366. Eine Teilnahme ist nur bei vorliegendem 3G-Nachweis möglich!

08:30 - 09:00: Treffpunkt und Registrierung der TeilnehmerInnen in der Augartenbucht
09:00: Begrüßungsworte von Stadträtin Schwentner und Stadtrat Hohensinner
09:15 - 09:30: Gemeinsames Aufwärmen mit Lauftrainer/in
09:30 - 11:30: Laufen und Müllsammeln
Laufroute: Augartensteg - Grieskai - Puchsteg - Maria Cäsar Park (Labestation) - Mühlgangweg - Murradweg - Augarten
*Das Einsammeln von Abfällen ist auch spazierend, in Teilabschnitten sowie in nördliche Richtung möglich!
ab 11:30: Abschluss mit Jause in der Augartenbucht und Verlosung von Preisen unter den angemeldeten und anwesenden TeilnehmerInnen Bei Schlechtwetter (Starkregen) findet die Veranstaltung nicht statt.

Clean up the Murufer with us - and experience a great running workout on the side! As part of the sports year, the annual Grazer "Muruferreinigung" is offered by the Umweltamt and Holding Graz this year for the first time also as a plogging event. Plogging is an ideal way to combine sport and environmental protection: The trend sport from Sweden is a combination of jogging and garbage collecting. All helping hands are welcome, wether you are running or walking. Garbage bags and gloves for picking up carelessly discarded trash will be provided on site. For those who want to try plogging, there will be a joint warm-up in the morning with a professional trainer. Runners are best to come in comfortable, athletic clothing. For all others we recommend sturdy shoes. Registration required until 15.09.2021 at abfallwirtschaft@stadt.graz.at or by phone at 0316-872 4366. Participation is only possible with 3G proof! Schedule "Let's Go! Muruferreinigung": 08:30 - 09:00: Meeting point and registration of the participants at the "Augartenbucht" 09:00: Words of welcome by city councillor Schwentner and city council Hohensinner 09:15 - 09:30: Warming up together with a running trainer 09:30 - 11:30: Running and garbage collection Running route: Augartensteg - Grieskai - Puchsteg - Maria Cäsar Park (refreshment station) - Mühlgangweg - Murradweg - Augarten *Collection of waste is also possible by walking, in partial sections as well as in northern direction! from 11:30: Conclusion with snacks at the "Augartenbucht" and raffle of prizes among the registered and present participants In case of bad weather (heavy rain) the event will not take place.
