GES.UND - Kommunale Gesundheitsförderung und Primärversorgung in Haslach an der Mühl
Together with the primary care centre in Haslach an der Mühl, PROGES is creating a model project that helps people to set up their own health initiatives. Together with the "Hausarztmedizin plus" health centre, PROGES in Haslach an der Mühl in the Upper Mühlviertel (Upper Austria) brings together the topics of health promotion and primary care. The project is based on the COPC approach (community oriented primary care) and lives from regular Gesundheit Plus meetings, in which citizens and experts from the local health centre participate. The health promotion projects resulting from the participation processes are tailored to local needs. Current initiatives and offers - The Nordic Walking group meets weekly every Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. at the church square in Haslach for a joint exercise session. No previous knowledge is required to participate, beginners are also very welcome! - Meetings of the action "Komm-Häkeln" take place every first Thursday of the month at 14.00 o'clock in the health office. - The "Women's Health Café" takes place every last Wednesday of the month with interesting topics. - In the context of "Haslach wird bunt" we invite you on 9 July, from 13:00 - 17:00 o'clock to the "Aktion Steine-Schlage". Colourful stones can be brought along or painted on site. - At the memorial café on every first Wednesday of the month, we invite people with and without dementia to exchange ideas in a convivial atmosphere. - "Checkmate" - the meeting of the generations at the chessboard can probably be continued in autumn 2020.
