Sie erkunden in Begleitung eines/r ausgebildeten Naturvermittler*in die natürlichen Schönheiten des Naturpark Jauerling-Wachau. Als Sonnendach und Hausberg der Wachau überragt der aussichtsreiche Gipfelbereich des Jauerlings häufig die umliegenden Nebel- und Wolkenfelder. Beim Wandern am „Dach der Donau“ lernen Sie die Besonderheiten dieser Landschaft kennen. Die Naturvermittler*innen zeigen Ihnen die Flora und Fauna, die diese Region einzigartig macht und haben auch die ein oder anderen Anekdoten zum Jauerling zu erzählen. Ganz nach dem Motto „Bewandern – bestaunen – begreifen.“

You will explore the natural beauty of the Jauerling-Wachau Nature Park in guidance of a trained nature guide. As the “sunny roof” of the Wachau, the panoramic summit of the Jauerling often towers above the surrounding fields of fog and clouds. While hiking on the "roof of the Danube" you will get to know the special features of this landscape. The nature guides show you the flora and fauna that make this region unique and also have a few anecdotes to tell about the Jauerling. True to the motto "Hike - admire - understand".
