EAT - elektronisch analoge Toolbox zu Ernährung und Umwelt
Beschreibung:
Im Projekt "EAT - elektronisch analoge Toolbox" werden Zusammenhänge zwischen Ernährungs- und Konsumverhalten sowie Klimakrise und Umweltschäden an eine junge Zielgruppe kommuniziert und Verhaltensänderungen angeregt. In einer Toolbox werden mittels plakativer Charts, Erklärvideos und digital games allgemeine Infos genauso wie die Auswirkung individueller Entscheidungen in Bereichen wie Ernährung und Klima oder Ernährung und Boden leicht nachvollziehbar und auf ansprechende Weise dargestellt. Aufgegriffen wird dabei das Sustainable Development Goal 12 "Nachhaltiger/r Konsum und Produktion" der Agenda 2030. Die EAT-Toolbox umfasst 2 Erklär-Videos, 22 Infotafeln, 1 Augmented Reality-Spiel "HektAR" und ein digitales Quiz uns steht ab heute 30. September 2021 allen Interessierten unter www.klimabuendnis.at/eat-toolbox zur Verfügung! Projektpartner sind das Klimabündnis Österreich, das Österreichische Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftsmuseum und die FH Oberösterreich (Forschungsgruppe Playful Interactive Environments). Die EAT-Toolbox wurde im Rahmen des österreichischen Programms für ländliche Entwicklung 2014- 2020 vom Bundesministerium für Landwirtschaft, Regionen und Tourismus und der Europäischen Union gefördert.

In the project "EAT - electronic analog toolbox", connections between nutrition and consumption behavior as well as climate crisis and environmental damage are communicated to a young target group and behavioral changes are encouraged. In a toolbox, general information as well as the impact of individual decisions in areas such as nutrition and climate or nutrition and soil are presented in an easily comprehensible and appealing way by means of striking charts, explanatory videos and digital games. The Sustainable Development Goal 12 "Sustainable Consumption and Production" of the 2030 Agenda is taken up. The EAT toolbox includes 2 explanatory videos, 22 information boards, 1 augmented reality game "HektAR" and a digital quiz and is available from today 30.September 2021 to all interested parties at www.klimabuendnis.at/eat-toolbox! Project partners are Climate Alliance Austria, the Austrian Museum of Society and Economy and the Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences (Playful Interactive Environments research group). The EAT Toolbox was funded by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Regions and Tourism and the European Union as part of the Austrian Rural Development Program 2014- 2020.
