Hat Urban Farming ein Potenzial über kleinere Initiativen hinaus? Kann Urban Farming die Qualität von Lebensmitteln verbessern? Was sind aktuelle Hürden für Urban Farming bzw. was sind die Grenzen – welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, diese zu überwinden?
