Welches Essen wollen wir? Heute und in der Zukunft? Unter welchen Bedingungen wird es produziert? Wer kann es sich leisten? Wer steht am Herd? Welche Verantwortung tragen Konsument*innen? Diesmal lädt die Bewegung für Ernährungssouveränität im Rahmen der Konferenz “Transformation durch Kooperation III” euch – Lebensmittelproduzent*innen, Konsument*innen, ihre Vertretungen, NGOs, öffentliche/private Einrichtungen (Bildung, Gesundheit, …) und Wissenschaftler*innen – ein, sich über Gestaltungsspielräume für eine sozial gerechte und ökologisch nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und Ernährung auszutauschen: * Agrarökologische Produktionsweisen, bäuerliches Handwerk, Klimaschutz
* Gemeinschaftliche, solidarische Lebensmittelproduktion und -verteilung: Solidarische Landwirtschaft, Foodcoops, Genossenschaftsgeschäfte, Kooperativen, Gemeinschaftsgärten, …
* Kleinbäuerliche Versorgungsstrukturen für Haushalte, Gastronomie und öffentliche Küchen
* Kommunale / regionale Steuerungsinstrumente, z. B. Ernährungsräte
* Menschen-, Sozial- und Arbeitsrechte, Rechte von Kleinbäuer*innen und

Which food do we want? Today and in the future? Under what conditions is it produced? Who can afford it? Who cooks the food? Which are the responsibilities of consumers? The Movement for Food Sovereignty invites you - food producers, consumers, their representatives, NGOs, public/private institutions (education, health, ...) and scientists - to exchange about the opportunities for a socially just and ecologically sustainable agriculture and nutrition within the conference "Transformation through Cooperation III": * Agroecological production methods, rural handicrafts, climate protection * Community-based, solidarity-based food production and distribution: community supported agriculture, food coops, cooperative shops, cooperatives, community gardens, ... * Small-scale supply structures for households, gastronomy and public kitchens. * Municipal / regional steering instruments, e.g. food councils * Human, social and labour rights, rights of small-scale farmers, and * Harvest workers at all levels (global to local) Register at: https://transitiongraz.org/anmeldung-gutes-essen-fuer-alle-2021/
