PED-ID wird einen innovativen, wissensbasierten Stakeholder-Prozess für PED-Gebiete und Bewertungsmethoden entwickeln, um Informationen für den Stakeholder-Prozess zu nutzen, durch den Entscheidungsträger in einem frühen Stadium mit verbesserten Informationen darüber versorgt werden, wie der Status eines Positiven Energiedistrikts am besten erreicht werden kann, welche Optionen es gibt und welche Auswirkungen diese haben. Dieser Prozess wird in drei realen EU-Living Labs, allesamt potenzielle PED-Initiativen, erprobt und getestet, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem Beteiligungsprozess und der Ermittlung der erforderlichen Daten liegt. PED-ID will develop an innovative knowledge-based stakeholder process for PED areas and assessment methods to use the information for the stakeholder process, by which decision-makers are provided at an early stage with improved information about how best to achieve Positive Energy District status, the options and the impacts. This process will be tried and tested in three real EU Living Labs, all potential PED initiatives, with a focus on the participation process and the identification of necessary data. In this presentation we will give you an overview of the project work and PED context in the EU, highlighting the most important aspects related to the development of Positive energy district.
